Burgers with Red Wine Sauce

1-1/2 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp minced shallots or scallions
1/3 cup red wine
3 tbsp butter
Cook burgers on medium high heat in skillet, remove to serving platter. In same pan saute shallots in 1 tbsp butter for 1 minute, then add wine. Cook down rapidly to half. Swirl in remaining butter, pour over burgers.
